**About our role**

Northern Star has a Full-time, Permanent opportunity for several experienced All-Round Operators to join our world-class Thunderbox, Bronzewing and Carosue Dam Operations. These opportunities are offered on an even time 15 shifts on, 13 days off roster and are offered as permanent positions.

**Here’s what awaits you**:

- Operating a variety of equipment including (but not limited to) 16M Graders, D10T Dozers, 777D&F Watercarts, CAT844 and 854 Wheel Dozers and CAT 992 Loaders
- Conducting pre-start meetings in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures
- Reporting hazards when encountering them to ensure a safe work environment
- Following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safe operation of mobile plant equipment
- Working towards reducing costs in daily jobs by not wasting resources at hand

**To thrive in this role, you’ll need**:

- Experience: 12+ months experience operating mining fleet in an open cut mining environment. Gold mining experience is also highly regarded.
- Licence: Current Australian C - Class Drivers Licence (HR highly regarded)
- Passion for growth: Genuine passion for the Australian gold mining industry with high regard for safety
