Our client is looking for 2 Change Management resources to assist with some change and communications initiatives on a particular projecy. They are seeking resources with excellent communication and change management stills.
- Strengthen engagement with Business Engagement Teams and Digital Adoptions Teams
- Review/create structure and approach to manage change
- Update/create change handbook/tools for Site Champions to assist sites in preparing for the change
- Review/conduct change impact assessments (including Release Management)
- Stakeholder survey/case studies
- Stakeholder management - re-establish engagement with Portfolio and Partnerships
- Stakeholder management - re-establish engagement with stakeholder groups
- Provide input to and content for change management training for members/site personnel
- Ensure cross-team communications take place to maintain consistent levels of understanding and awareness of project status
- Establish and implement a layered communication approach
- Establish and ensure consistent messaging used
- Establish consistent content and templates (showcase the system, progress updates, etc)
- Manage communication channels
- Produce strategies and communications plans for stakeholders and other audiences and campaigns as required
- Implement communications plans as applicable
- Create timelines for engagement and tasks
- Review and maintain content
- Finalise format for communication of system Releases
- Ongoing BAU and Ad-hoc communications
- Prepare and coordinate events and other presentations/demonstrations
- Provide overview of all system communications, working with Strategic Communications team as and when required
- Contribute to internal Project Team communications, providing direction and implementing when/where possible
