Overview

Our client in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Analyst to work on a large, multi-year portfolio with delivery partners contributing to the growth of the organisation. This role will support delivery of key IT projects in the End User Technology program, including coordinating pilots (e.g., device deployment), drafting communications, coordinating Subject Matter Experts, feedback management/analysis and maintaining change documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Support delivery of key IT projects in the End User Technology program, including coordinating pilots, drafting communications, coordinating Subject Matter Experts, managing feedback/analysis and maintaining change documentation.
  • Coordinate pilots and change activities, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Draft and maintain change management communications in a large program.
  • Tailor engagement activities to suit diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrate highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach.
  • Maintain change documentation across a program, including feedback analysis.
  • Problem solve, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Organisational Change Analyst with 3+ years supporting large-scale organisational change management.
  • In-depth understanding and experience supporting transformational change.
  • Experience drafting and maintaining change management communications in a large program.
  • Experience tailoring engagement activities to diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience coordinating pilots and change activities, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Experience maintaining change documentation across a program including feedback analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
