Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
IT Organisational Change Analyst
to support large-scale IT transformation initiatives. The role includes coordinating pilots, managing communications, engaging stakeholders, analyzing feedback, and maintaining change documentation.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years in organisational change management
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Prosci, and Human Centred Design
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and change communications
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills

Qualifications:

  • Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci), Agile, or Human Centred Design preferred
