**About the Role**:We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Administration Trainee to become an integral part of our team. In this role, you will work towards obtaining a Certificate III in Business Administration while providing essential administrative and customer service support. You will gain valuable experience in a collaborative environment, contributing to both our Customer Support and Operations teams. There is also the potential for ongoing employment after the traineeship is completed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Help schedule meetings, appointments, and events, coordinating logistics as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Conduct research on various topics as required, compiling information and presenting findings to supervisors.
- Support ongoing projects by providing administrative assistance and tracking progress against timelines.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to enhance efficiency and improve processes.
- Help ensure the office environment is organized and supplies are stocked

**Requirements**:

- Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Business Administration during the traineeship.
- No prior experience necessary; an interest in customer service and technology is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check, NDIS Yellow Card, and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
