Program Manager

**The role**:
We're seeking a seasoned Leasing & Transactions professional to join us as our Program Manager. In this role, you will lead our portfolio program of works for one of our key clients’ accounts. This key position will manage transaction activities across the client's domestic and international property portfolio.
This role is a hybrid role with the office in Melbourne or Sydney CBD. Please also note that this is a 12-month fixed-term contract with possibility of an extension or conversion.
**Snapshot of the roles**:
Operationalise strategic leasing programs in collaboration with Client and JLL teams
Develop tracking processes and provide executive-level reporting on delivery progress
Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures
Lead regular leasing reporting including property status, performance and recommendations
Identify value-add opportunities including cost avoidance and savings

**Requirements**:
Highly developed program management experience with large lease transaction volumes
Transformation and systems implementation background
Business case development and C-level reporting expertise
Strong client relationship management capabilities
Strategic thinking with ability to solve complex problems
Analytical approach with excellent communication skills
