**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Oversee general operations and ensure the smooth running of all activities.
- **Assembly and Installation**: Assemble products and provide installation services on-site as required.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues on-site efficiently.
- **Site Management**: Handle general construction site duties, including setup and excavation of footings.
- **Delivery Management**: Coordinate timely management of site deliveries local and interstate. Develop relationships with the freight partners.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee booking freight, container unloading, stock allocation, and inventory system updates.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure excellent customer service for order pickups and maintain strong client relationships.
- **Safety and Maintenance**: Maintain facility layout and ensure compliance with OH&S policies to guarantee a safe work environment.

**Skills and Experience**:

- **Trade Experience**: Mechanically minded with significant trade experience.
- **Leadership**: Mature, driven, and capable of working autonomously with a high standard of personal performance.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a dedication to exceptional customer service.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- **Communication**: Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- **Travel and Mobility**: Ability to travel to various job sites, including interstate travel maybe required.
- **Licenses and Certifications**: Current Victorian Driver’s Licence is essential. Forklift licence and First Aid Certificate are desirable.
- **Physical Capabilities**: Competent in manual lifting tasks and the use of hand and power tools.

Pay: $59,882.55 - $70,372.43 per year

- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
