**Accounts Officer - O'Shea Plumbing**

**Location**: Hawthorn Victoria
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: Competitive, commensurate with experience

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders.
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and support budget management.
- Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks as required.
- Conduct admin tasks where needed

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or similar role is essential.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software QuickBooks online version.
- Proficiency in google sheets and excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team.
- Fast learner to adapt to new software system.
