**The Position**

An exciting opportunity for a collaborative, strongly analytical and diligent individual to join our team

**Responsibilities include**
- Ensure accounts are maintained as per the Collections Process
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities
- Ensuring a customer focused approach is taken when dealing with stakeholders
- Undertake account reconciliations
- Processing of returns
- Assist in documenting AR procedures
- Always maintain a high level of discretion and privacy of employees and customers
