**About the role

Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to act as the HHS specialist in the IWFM rostering system and lead educational knowledge uplift across the HHS. This role will be expected to drive process improvement through statistical analysis of reporting, lead the community of practice and represent the HHS on statewide forums to inform on system upgrade requirements. This role is expected to play a vital role in driving innovation and maximising benefits from the IWFM system.

About you

Develop and conduct governance and compliance processes to ensure adherence to all audit standards within the IWFM Rostering system.
Lead the Metro North Community of Practice and collate improvements implemented.
Educate line managers to equip them with the skills necessary to effectively implement and manage rostering changes.
Support deployment planning, execution activities and support activities.
