We’re seeking an experienced Processing Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for overseeing premium beef processing through third-party sites. This role ensures timely, specification-compliant production for global markets, focusing on quality, efficiency, and productivity.

As a senior leader, you will drive AACo’s operational direction in meat processing, building strong relationships with our third-party suppliers to ensure compliance and delivery to specs with a focus on internal and external customer service. You will work closely with internal teams and our global sales force to maintain AACo’s high standards and brand reputation.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operational Leadership**
- Oversee production at third-party locations, ensuring adherence to AACo’s quality and grading standards.
- Drive productivity, yield, and quality through balanced scorecards and performance metrics.
- Lead the management of the ongoing relevant certifications of the company to ensure they meet commercial objectives and legal obligations, both statutory and regulatory.
- Lead project management initiatives to improve processes, systems, and benchmarking.
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered too, and any concerns are escalated/ addressed.

**Team & People Management**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, setting targets and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong local and industry relationships, acting as a positive representative of AACo.

**Stakeholder & Supplier Management**
- Cultivate strong relationships with third-party processors, ensuring quality and compliance with contracts.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Commercial and Operations, for seamless collaboration and alignment.

**Finance & Compliance**
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI monitoring, ensuring effective cost management.
- Ensure all regulatory, food safety, and animal welfare standards are consistently met.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 5+ years in a leadership role within beef processing (Wagyu experience a plus).
- Proven success in managing third-party processors and complex SKU portfolios.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
