To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a
**Frontline Manager** on our
**Weekend Night Shift.**

Hours are Friday 22:30-06:30, Saturday 18:30- 6:30 & Sunday 18:30-22:30 in addition to Monday & Tuesday days - flexible with start and finish time in the week.

This varied and fast-paced role will see you take a balanced approach between engaging and leading your team from the front line and managing the administrative aspects of the role from the production office.

**You Will Be**:

- Managing, coaching, and developing all processing and packaging personnel across site, fostering trust, cooperative, positive, and efficient work practices within your team
- Continually demonstrating and exercising a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of your team and the wider PepsiCo employee base
- Managing annual operating plan objectives: output (true & net efficiency), cost, quality, service, safety, people and environment
- Leading the development and implementation of site performance and continuous improvement plans, driving the culture of continuous improvement within your team
- Effectively managing all inventory under your control - both indirect and direct materials
- Undertaking all duties in accordance with company environmental policies and procedures, adhering to environmental management compliance and corporate requirements

**You Will Have**:

- Results-driven to achieve agreed goals and objectives, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and modern process control techniques
- A proven history of developing and coaching diverse work groups, maintaining a positive, productive, co-operative, and supportive working environment, and fostering trust within your team
- Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO, EEO and ER principles and practices, SAP systems. Knowledge of food manufacturing, automation, controls highly advantageous
- Effective oral and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence multiple stakeholders across multiple departments and levels of the business
- Ability to plan and coordinate several simultaneous work activities and forward-forecast the removal of barriers and obstacles for your team and your department
- Budget and Financial Management of key manufacturing cost drivers
- Experience in Microsoft Excel or equivalent
- Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma training and experience preferred
