Due to our continued success and growth, we are currently recruiting a **Production Front Line Manager **for our** Afternoon shift.**

**Details**:
Tingalpa location.

Afternoon Shift - 2:30pm-10.30pm,

Team Size - 150 team members.

Full Time Permanent position.

Selection Process: Formal Interview - Site Tour and technical assessment - Online Assessment - Background and Pre-Employment Medical Checks - Decision.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Manage all processing and packaging personnel

Achieve AOP cost, quality, service, safety, people and environmental objectives

Lead the development and implementation of site performance and continuous improvement plans

Coach and develop team members and site capability

**Requirements for the role**:
Previous experience in a similar position which includes knowledge on manufacturing best practice.

Well-developed people leadership, change management and team building skills with exposure to performance management processes.

Proven ability to set and gain commitment to targets and deadlines.

Results driven and customer focussed.
