Due to our continued success and growth, We are currently recruiting a **Distribution Centre Front Line Manager **for our** Afternoon shift.**

**Details**:
Tingalpa location.

Afternoon Shift - 2:30pm-10.30pm,

Team Size - 60.

Full Time Permanent position.

Selection Process: Formal Interview - Site Tour and technical assessment - Online Assessment - Background and Pre-Employment Medical Checks - Decision.

**Key responsibilities include**:
“On the floor” leadership and supervision of the frontline team.

Participation in the execution of the S&D Leadership Plan.

Assist in the development and execution of the Distribution Centre training and development strategy.

Management of Health, Safety and Food Quality compliance requirements.

**Requirements for the role**:
Well-developed people leadership, change management and team building skills with exposure to performance management processes.

Proven ability to set and gain commitment to targets and deadlines.

Results driven and customer focussed.
