**What would you be doing?**:
You will be responsible for helping define, design and rollout the future of our products.

You will work with cross-functional feature teams to design unique experiences that offers real value to our users, not just Dribblefied snapshots. As part of the design team your role will help the product and development teams better understand what would make a user’s experience more intuitive, accessible, and seamless.

**What does your day to day look like?**:

- Work with the research teams to understand customers, their needs, wants, pain points and opportunities
- Directly impact the overall customer experience
- Solve unique problems in an interesting way, sometimes the best solution is the simplest
- Prototyping and concept designing potential solutions to difficult problems
- Work directly with clients and customers where your ideas and advice matters

**What skills or experience are we looking for?**:
We’re looking for Senior and Lead Product Designers to join us who are willing to learn, grow and help us learn and grow with you.

The ideal people would have experience with:

- Working with startups or within product teams
- Designing and working with design systems, or a want to do just this
- Helping define strategy and design decisions
- Assisting with ethnographic, face-to-face, user research and usability testing
- Mentoring less experienced designers within the team
- Not being afraid to ask questions to better understand problems
- Using modern design tools, Miro, Figma etc
