**Your new company**

Our client’s vision is to create a single integrated transport system accessible to everyone. They are seeking for a principal designer (Roads) who has the ability to make a difference for the people of Queensland every day. They contribute to the community by improving economic wellbeing, quality of life, safety, and wellbeing.

**Your new role**

Other more key responsibilities:

- Peer review civil designs for transport infrastructure projects.
- Provide input to determine the resourcing, engineering requirements, critical components and systems involved in supporting project management and delivery of planning and design component projects.
- Use initiative when implementing/using relevant policies, standards, guidelines and legislation, and that quality management is consistent with the required standards.

**What you'll need to succeed**

A minimum three -year, Sydney Accord accredited engineering degree or recognised equivalence is required. Moreover, you have the ability prioritise projects and tasks efficiently. Additionally, you believe that seeking and sharing feedback is key to support refinements. You show leadership qualities and actively participate in team development opportunities. Most importantly, you can maintain stakeholder relationship and confident in communicating plans and designs
