As the Operations Manager at Home Design Co., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising various facets of our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass the strategic management of sales, manufacturing, logistics, and customer service. Employing your meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless and efficient execution of our operational processes. Collaborating closely with your team, your objective is to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers.

Performance Indicators:
**Policy and Procedure Development**

Lead the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance business performance and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations. (Assessment period: 12 months)

**Production and Logistics Supervision**

Oversee production, logistics, inventory management, and customer service to ensure the timely delivery of products and services. (Assessment period: 12 months)

**Product Knowledge for Training and Marketing**

Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

Creation of training materials supporting your team
Build an installation support program via Facebook for our DIY / installer community

**Support Business Growth Activities**

Analyze processes, identify expansion opportunities, and implement growth strategies while maintaining operational efficiency and innovation.
Drive sustainable growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes for improvement, cost savings, and increased productivity. (Assessment period: 12 months)

**Maintain Admin Tool Accuracy**

Ensure 100% accuracy of all customer information, product details, costings, and measurements within quotes. (Assessment period: 12 months)

**Deliver Supreme Customer Service**

Achieve a 5-star customer rating on all engagements through effective and positive customer interactions. (Assessment period: 12 months)

**Monitor Sales Targets**

Monitoring and reporting sales performance against targets. (Assessment period: 12 months)

Contributing to sales conversions when we are at higher than usual lead volumes.

Onboarding and ensuring success of sales support when we are at capacities to warrant team numbers.

**Maintain Post-Sale Communications**

Ensure efficient and effective post-sale communications with customers, leaning on CRM capabilities, to foster long-term relationships, generate referrals, and encourage repeat engagements. (Assessment period: 12 months)

**Build Positive Internal Relationships**

Foster collaborative and positive working relationships with internal departments and teams, such as Operations and Marketing. (Assessment period: 12 months)

**Time Management**

**Additional Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide support throughout the end-to-end sales journey in our pioneering ecommerce platform, currently in development.
- Process orders through to production and delivery or installation.
- Assist with other ad hoc duties as required.

**Previous Experience**:

- Several years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory management best practices is desirable but not essential.
- Past experience with HubSpot CRM is a bonus.

**Education/Qualifications**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or work experience.

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
