Lux Foundry Brunswick is seeking an experienced manager to take the reins and lead a passionate, committed and engaged team.
We are a fun, professional team with a focus on building relationships with our loyal customers and community.
**Who are you?**
You are driven, passionate and focused and you will possess the following attributes:
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge
- Minimum 3 years as venue/restaurant manager or similar role.
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent communication, written and verbal.
- Motivated to achieve excellence through customer experience.
- A proven track record of leading high performing teams
- A leader who inspires and motivates. You are creative and will bring that creativity to this new venue.
- Experienced in a fast-paced environment with the skills to develop staff around product knowledge, service skills, team culture and guest relationships.
**The Role**:
You will be responsible for creating something magical from day one.
You will:
- Lead, develop, motivate and train your team to deliver an outstanding experience for all our guests.
- Oversee all operational requirements of the business with the support of the senior leadership team.
- Monitor forecasts, making sure that services and labour are adapted to reach financial targets.
- Plan and implement standards of service and a training schedule to ensure the high performance of the whole team.
- This is not an office job You will be on the floor leading your team by example and inspiring them to be the very best.
- Of course, you have full availability - weekends and public holidays.
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
