Program Manager CRM Implementation
An exciting CRM Program Manager opportunity working with a leading NSW State Government. Offering between $1100 - $1200 + Super as a day rate, initially a 10-month contract with possibility of extension due to the scope of work.
**Your new company**
- This role adopts the hybrid working model with expectation that you would be onsite 2 days per week.
- You will be based in Sydney and are required to be double vaccinated.
**Your new role**
- As Program Manager you will have experience and a record of achievement in large-scale CRM implementations.
- You will be Responsible for overall day-to-day operations of the Program, working with the business sponsor, senior execs, delivery & change teams, providing leadership and guidance to Project Managers ensuring program goals and objectives are met in a timely manner.
- This role will require you to establish and maintain relationships with teams, Directorates and wider agencies through effective communication, negotiation, and issues management, whilst fostering and sustaining strategic partnerships.
- You will be confident in leaning in and engaging with executive business partners and stakeholders to support and steer the CRM implementation objectives.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience managing complex CRM implementation programs within government organisations is essential
- Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to drive successful outcomes across complex working groups is required
- Direct knowledge and experience with the implementation of CRMs such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce CRM, oracle CRM would be considered
- Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines is highly advantageous
