**Forward Facing seek an ILS specialist **to work within a dynamic team to deliver a Medium Range Ground Based Air Defence capability.
- Responsible for managing a team and ensuring that appropriate ILS personnel and resources are planed to meet the ILS demands as the project progresses through the Capability Lifecycle (CLC).
- May be required to provide input into the developing Operational and Concept Document (OCD) and Functional and Performance Specification (FPS).
- Supported by the ILS team, is responsible for generating the key project ILS artefacts including the Support Concept, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) Plan, ILS Plan and other associated ILS documentation in accordance with the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) Business Management System (BMS).
- Reporting to the Project Manager and Program Integration Lead (PIL) will also be responsible for designing, allocating, managing and delivering the ILS work.
- Responsible for the continued development and delivery needed to support the Defence project.
- Required to participate in risk management activities and take the lead on identifying ILS risks.
- Required to liaise both with internal functional teams.
- Expected to support the Program Manager in engaging with industry on ILS and future sustainment matters as the project progresses.

**Experience/Skills Sought**:

- Ability to work with limited guidance demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
- Very strong written and oral communication skillsRisk Management.

**Highly desirable**:

- Experience working in Defence.
