Integrated Logistics Support

Nova Systems are the only wholly Australian owned Major Service Providers (MSPs) supporting Defence’s Capability, Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG). We provide Australian sovereign capability to the Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance Delivery Division (GWEODD) who look after the acquisition and sustainment of a broad range of Explosive Ordnance (EO) capabilities for the Australian Defence Force.

GWEODD currently manages 38 acquisition projects and sustains over 1000 munition types (including 35 types of complex guided weapons). With the government announcements around increasing Sovereign Capability in Defence, we have opportunities for enthusiastic project managers to join our expanding team working to support GWEODD.

**About the role**:
Here at Nova, we are a Major Service Provider (MSP) to the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) within the Australian Department of Defence. We are committed to growing the capacity of our Defence Capability.

As a result, we have several permanent opportunities for people to work as **Integrated Logistics Support Specialist's **in our Canberra, Melbourne, and Sydney operations. You will be supporting a range of different projects within the Explosive Munitions Branch.

**If you have experience in one or more of the following disciplines, then you are a person we would like to speak with;**
- Procurement and contracting
- Inventory/Asset management
- Support System Analysis of Acquisition Projects
- Spares analysis and management
- Obsolescence Management
- Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
- Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
- Support and Test Equipment analysis
- Technical Advisors
- Performance Needs Analysis and Training design

**What we would like from you**:

- Experience in acquisition and/or sustainment projects
- Experience in Defence contracting using ASDEFCON principles
- Understanding of Support System Support resources and requirements
- Understanding of Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) concepts
- Experience using MILIS or SAP
- Knowledge of Technical Publication Standards
- Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain an AGSVA Clearance
- Good communication and liaising skills
- Be a clear communicator both written and verbal
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude
