**About the role**

The **Learning & Development Officer** plays a vital role in supporting our Learning and Development strategy, working closely with the Learning and Development Manager, and providing coordination and administrative support to ensure the success of our projects and day-to-day activities.

To excel in this role, effective communication and partnership are crucial. Our Organisation Development Officer will collaborate with personnel across all levels of the organisation, including our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) team and external vendors. It's all about working together to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional learning and development experiences.

**A typical day may look like**
- Acting as the first level of support to our internal and external stakeholders providing support, coordination, and guidance in relation to learning and development activities and initiatives.
- Assisting in coordinating Activ's Orientation activities, including regular facilitation and support to the L&D Advisor.
- Coordinate learning and performance activities, including collating learning materials, venue, facilitator/s, participant invitations, invoicing and scheduling requirements.
- Allocate participants, track completion rates, assist with training matrices and provide administrative support in relation to the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintain compliance requirements by maintaining effective data records.
- Collate people metrics, data and research materials to support reporting and stakeholder requirements.
- Demonstrated administrative and/or scheduling experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Understanding of community and social issues related to disability service provision.
- Financial acumen skills within invoicing and maintaining data records.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and scheduling events and/or learning activities.
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
