Are you a passionate Data Migration Specialist looking to make your next move in a global organisation?

We're currently expanding the footprint of our Brisbane team as we continue to deliver across a critical Federal Government program of work. This program is not simply a technology refresh - it will be a transformation that encompasses legislative, technology, business process and organisational changes.

Our configurable Product is central to this project and after the initial training period, you'll be based out of our client’s premises in Brisbane - working alongside the client and our team to deliver Registry Solutions.

Working as part of an agile project team, you'll be central to the delivery of our product for our client. You will spend your time on the data migration design & execution as well as coaching and mentoring other data migration team members.

This is a very rewarding role that will allow people to become resilient and stretch outside of their comfort zone. If you enjoy complex projects where you can really contribute and see the outcome, then this is the role for you.

We're looking for people with the following:

- At least 4 years' experience in an Information Technology Business.
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Business, Statistics or related discipline.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and articulate methodologies and results to non-technical business audiences.
- Excellent statistical/numerical skills.
- Sound knowledge of databases in essential (one of Oracle, Postgres or SQLServer).
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of database performance.
- Knowledge of ETL tools is preferable e.g. Talend.
- Works independently on complex tasks with some technical and management guidance.
- Able to participate in project and virtual teams.
- Handles multiple and competing projects while delivering on tasks and objectives on time.
- Produces high quality work and results.
