Hudson is seeking a talented and experienced Data Migration Specialist to a large dynamic Data team. If you have a proven track record in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), straight SQL, and extensive experience in data migration from legacy SQL systems to D365, Hudson invites you to apply.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and execute data migration projects from legacy SQL systems to D365.
- Develop and implement ETL solutions using Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and other RDBMS databases.
- Create and maintain source-to-target mapping, transformation rules, loading methodology, error and exception reporting, and implementation documents.
- Utilize SSIS integration tools for exceptional SQL scripting, data management, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders through exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Conduct conceptual data mapping, entity relationship diagrams (creation and analysis), schema review, and creation.
- Formulate transformation rules and ensure efficient loading methodology.
- Set up Azure Data Factory with min/max batch sizes, perform Azure pipeline health checks, and work with Visual Studio.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Data Migration Specialist from legacy SQL systems to D365.
- Proven experience in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and straight SQL.
- Experience in developing and implementing ETL solutions using Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and other RDBMS databases.
- Exceptional SQL scripting, data management, and data analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of database design and management.
- Expertise in programming languages such as SQL, Java, and Python.
- Good understanding of data-related models, including database design development, data mining techniques, segmentation techniques, XML programming, JavaScript, and ETL frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
