We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Customer Experience Manager who would love to use their strong background and experience in a Part time Customer Experience Manager capacity.

**The role**:

- Create exceptional customer experiences by leading a passionate and driven team.
- Encouraging loyalty by taking the customer on a journey of discovery through our range of wines and beverages through a customer centric lens
- Proactively engage the store team to increase product knowledge, empowering the team with easy to reproduce skills to bring our range to life
- Balance sales targets with the customer journey to ensure the customer walks away as passionate as you are
