Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Casual Officer.


About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with inbound customer service calls and enquiries from our office. A range of shifts will be available between 8:30am and 4:00pm Monday through to Friday with full days and part days available.

This is an ideal role for students or anyone who has the flexibility to work on short notice.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and via email
  • Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards

Commencing salary: $43.20 per hour, plus 25% casual loading, plus 12% Superannuation
