**Sales Specialist Valtra**

**Who We Are Looking For**:
The Sales Specialist, Valtra is responsible for supporting and guiding the dealers to achieve market share and volume targets, by installing development programs that assist in improving dealer performance and exceeding customers current and future expectations.

This position has to ensure sales results within their area of responsibility, implement the brand strategy on a dealer level and owning the brand's overall sales success in his/ her area. develops brand business within geographical area of responsibility.
- Realization of a consultative selling approach
- Understands the dealership operations well and has a strong relationship with their dealer teams.
- Collaborates closely with the salesperson/ sales manager /dealership principal to deliver on sales targets.
- Implement short
- & medium-term business targets and strategy defined with the manager.

**What You Will Do**:

- Supporting the ANZ Valtra Dealer network - Providing a contact point for Sales related enquires and provide assistance regarding:

- Sales campaigns
- Specification & options enquires
- Demonstration events
- Assisting in customer machine installs.
- Product training & sales coaching
- Attending Field Days & Dealer Events
- Allocation of stock units
- Ensuring Valtra stays “front of mind” with the dealer network

**A Plus If You Have**:

- Demonstrated career to date in a sale orientated field ideally with and understanding and at a minimum exposure to the Agricultual industry and or large machinery.
- Business or Agricultural qualifications would be a benefit.
