If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our prestigious accounting firm, located in Balcatta, Western Australia, is currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate staff members and taking accurate messages when necessary
Schedule appointments and maintain an organised calendar for the office.
Assist clients with general inquiries and provide them with relevant information about our services.
Co-ordinate and manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, including daily correspondence.
Maintain a clean and tidy reception area, ensuring a professional and presentable atmosphere.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and provide administrative support as needed.
Dealing with the ATO correspondence and queries.
Filing
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
Proficient computer Skills, including MS Office Suite and general office software.
Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company in a positive manner.
