**Our Client’s Story**
MCR Cash Register Company may be small but have been trading in Perth **for over 40 years** -offering professional sales and support services for point of sale (POS) systems to a range of small and brand name retail and hospitality customers.
**The role**
Is an important part of the smooth running of MCR and will encompass varied tasks including:
- Directing phone and in-person customer calls
- Ensure all basic administration and office functions run smoothly
- Helping manage the social media presence of the Company
- Placing and following up of orders to a limited number of suppliers
- Assisting with basic invoicing processes
- Managing basic ordering/accounts receivable recording and processing
**For success**
To do this, your organisational and administrative skills will be above par, and you will have successfully demonstrated the following skills in a similar previous role:
- That you are customer focused
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Ability to develop on-going relationships with customers and suppliers
- Competency with MS Office suite (e.g. Outlook and Word)
- An interest in IT/learning new software
