The Dog Dazzlers is looking for a Floor Manager to join our team

The Floor Manager will be responsible for smooth operations at The Dog Dazzlers Facility, enhancing customer experience through resolving complaints, and the development and leadership of The Dog Dazzlers Staff. The Floor Manager will report directly to the General Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to work Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, active listening skills and exceptional organisational skills
- Prior Management Experience is not neccessary but preferred
- Experience with animals and a passion for the animal industry is essential
- Managing day to day operations and problem solving solutions to matters and concerns brought up by management, staff and clients
- Monitoring and recording staff progress and areas of improvement both as individuals and as teams
- Interviewing for new staff, onboarding and probationary period progress updates
- Monitoring our booking system to ensure all bookings are correct & confirmed
- Maintaining stock levels for the retail store & general supplies
- Work towards betterment of each sector of the facility, both on a daily basis and regarding long term solutions to reocurring issues
- Maintaining and managing the roster, including reallocating shifts
- Enforce all policies from upper management in relation to business structure & staff
- Organise and facilitate staff meetings, events and training days
- Providing feedback to customers about how their dogs are doing
- Delegating and appointing relevant tasks to staff
- Keeping all areas of the facility maintained and ensuring all OHS standards are being met
- Maintaining KPI's appointed by GM
- Maintaing staff files and correct staff to workload ratios
- Assist in areas of the business that need extra hands throughout the day

**Experience**:

- Team Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
