**The Role**:
As a BFT Coach, you are the heart and soul of our business. You play a pivotal role in every aspect of our operations, from welcoming members into our studios and guiding them through our 50-minute workouts to actively participating in member recruitment and retention. Your expertise, skills, and charisma will ensure safe, effective exercise and a memorable training experience for our members.

**About You**:
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and fitness? Do you have previous experience in personal training, preferably group training, and hold Cert 3 and 4 in Personal Training? If you're a team player with a drive to succeed and a desire to transform lives, we want to hear from you

**Not ready to start just yet? Or not yet qualified?** Talk to us about how we work with our industry partners to help you gain the necessary qualifications, studying within our club. We also offer Practical Workshops for inexperienced trainers and those wanting to gain practical hours on the gym floor.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
