Chipmunks Childcare are boutique child care centres operating in and around Sydney. We are excited to announce our first expansion project in Burwood Victoria in the coming months.

**About the centre & role**:
This role will require you to work closely with the Approved Providers and Operations/Compliance Manager to launch our first centre in Victoria. You will be guided mostly remotely however occasional visits to the centre will be made by the team. This role requires someone who can work independently and take initiative. Experience in opening a new service is not essential however highly beneficial.

This centre will be the largest across the company and therefor a strong understanding of compliance is essential.

**This is an on off the floor Centre Manager role however it is the expectation of management that ratio is always adhered to and staff are supported, which may require you to occasionally work on the floor.**

**To be successful in the role**:

- ECT Qualification (or willing to work towards)
- Strong understanding of NQF, NQS and Regulations
- **Previous experience in a Directors role is not essential, a strong 2IC or Room Leader would be suitable also. Thorough training for the role will be provided.**:

- Strong Leadership & Management skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral)
- Bubbly personality
