We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our team and visitors. This role also involves supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. This position will be based in one of our Jandakot depot.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform all reception duties, including answering calls, welcoming visitors, and managing inquiries.
- Reconcile revenue accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with accounts, payroll, and other financial tasks. Full training provided.
- Handle detailed data entry and maintain precise records.
- Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
**What We Offer**:
- Full-time position: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Competitive above-award wages, discussed with the successful applicant.

**About You**
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Maintain high attention to detail
- Able to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a reception role and/or Cert III in Business would be an advantage however school leavers are encouraged to apply.
