**Ventia - Venture Smart** Transport division are working on an exciting project delivering work for Main Roads WA. Due to continued expansion of work Venture Smart are looking for a **Junior Support Officer** to provide the WA Transport

(Ventia and Venture Smart) team with commercial, financial and administrative support across a variety of operations.

This role will report directly into the Finance and Procurement Coordinator.

**Primary focus of this role**
- Provide ongoing support to facilitate efficient deliver across common activities within Ventia WA Transport division
- Support accurate and timely pricing and record keeping for third party damage claims including TM, materials and cost summaries
- Accurate and timely entry of stock data into SAP financial systems
- Resolution of any issues with stock data with the operational team
- Analysis of systems date to optimise stock management
- General purchasing activities to support wider administrative team
- Delivery of time critical routine month end accounting and reporting activities
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Plant and equipment administration including fuel card tracking and organisation, maintenance and repair scheduling, driver register updates, cost verifications, PO / receipting
- Travel bookings
- Credit card reconciliations
- General administration and other duties as directed

**About you**
- Completion of secondary education
- Intermediate MS Suite including work and excel Ventia systems knowledge and experience advantageous (Sharepoint, SAP)
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and rapid data processing
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous experience in general administration, specifically commercial and finance would be highly regarded
