**Receptionist**
Grays currently has a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly and motivated team in Jandakot as our Receptionist. You will play a critical role in supporting our team and customers on Reception and assisting in an administrative capacity.
**In this role you will be responsible for**:
- Coordinating the pick-up of assets for the Jandakot site.
- Distributing incoming mail and packages.
- Liaising with the sales team regarding booking in stock for auctions.
- Assisting Accounts Payable with supplier invoices.
- Supporting the WA sales and project management teams with administrative tasks including data processing.
- Assisting with vehicle licensing and transfer of ownership.
- Any other administrative tasks as required.
**We’re looking for someone who has**:
- Experience in reception and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders effectively.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a team and customer focus.
- At least an intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
