We’re currently looking for a Team Manager located in Perth, WA. This role represents exciting career development opportunity for anyone currently working at a Senior/Lead consultant level looking to gain more experience in managing a team of people. This role will be supporting Rehabilitation consultants and Rehabilitation Support officers across WA (approximately 10 staff).

You will provide leadership, coaching and inspiration to achieve business, human capital and financial goals. As a Team Manager you will understand that meeting the needs of our customers is definitive to our commercial success. Acting as the face of our business by working with our major client The Australian Defence Force as well as Insurers, self-insurers, corporate clients, government agencies and regulators.

**What will make you successful**:
Degree qualified Physio/OT/Psych/AEP or Rehabilitation Counsellor.

Full registration with relevant Allied Health association or agency

Experience in a managing or leading staff with ability to train and coach staff

The ability to lead through a robust clinical quality framework that is evidence-based, best practice, fosters accountability and validates clinical excellence in a systematic, standardised and defined manner

Demonstrated capacity to manage the mechanism of business including all revenue, cost and profitability whilst tracking non-financial performance indicators

Ability to build and grow Core customer base within WA

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills
