**About the team**:
The Accelerated Performance BU plays a critical role in orchestrating the flow of work, strategic prioritisation, resource allocation for growth work, single backlog management, and performance governance coordination for the Customer business.

**Purpose of the Role**

Reporting into the Portfolio & Release Leader, we have an opportunity for a 12-month Fixed Term as the next Portfolio Performance Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in our organisations strategic shift to a Hybrid Customer Operating model. You will support the Portfolio Capability of measuring, analysing & optimising the Portfolio Performance using metrics & data driven approach. This will include implementing the required tools & techniques to report on Portfolio performance.

Some key responsibilities include:

- Develop and implement a robust Jira governance framework, encompassing user roles, permissions, workflows, and project configurations
- Develop and build the evolution of governance and performance report production and be accountable for improving the efficiency of metrics calculation.
- Build basic reporting using existing Jira and Confluence tools and functionality to help senior users with decision-making on issues such as capacity management.

**How you can support the energy transition**

To be successful in this role you’ll possess relevant qualifications in Information Management, Data Analytics or Statistics and demonstrate a successful track record of working in a complex customer environment. You have the demonstrated ability to identify and lead opportunities to improve investment pipeline management, performance management, reporting and data standards and analytics, and deliver these. You have proven experience with Jira in a PMO role or similar, with a deep understanding of Jira configurations.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will be results-orientated. You’ll also possess exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills which enable you to engage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels across the business.
