The Fresh Collective are currently seeking an energetic and outgoing Venue Manager with excellent customer service skills to join the team at the Australian Museum. You will be entrusted with leading, training and nurturing the team of venue staff, ensuring they implement and maintain service standards of excellence and deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.
- A passion for quality coffee
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring the venue is always presented at its best
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor staff to reach their full potential
- Ability to build both, grow and develop contract and guest relationships
- Ability to accurately plan, analyse, report and deliver current and future financial plans
- Capable of monitoring and implementing WHS safety standards
