**Lead the Charge at Georgie**
**Georgie** is searching for an energetic and driven **Venue Manager** to lead our front-of-house team and create fantastic guest experiences in the heart of Sydney.

Nestled on George Street, **Georgie**is a vibrant, cheeky, and welcoming spot where great drinks, delicious food, and good banter come together. Since reopening last year after a fresh revamp, we have been creating a space where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy a little oasis in the city. Now, we are ready to take things up a notch—and that’s where you come in.

As our **Venue Manager**, you will be the face of **Georgie,** leading an exceptional team and setting the tone for the next level hospitality service. This is your chance to drive the venue’s success, bring people together, and craft unforgettable hospitality experiences.

**What We Are Looking For**
- You are a leader with experience in restaurants and/or bars in management or supervisory position
- A natural host who thrives on guest connections and team leadership
- You enjoy motivating and mentoring others, inspiring your team to be their best
- A hospitality pro with a passion for curating outstanding experiences
- Skilled strategic thinker who knows how to hit revenue targets and manage costs
- You are a hands-on leader who embraces the hustle

- Delivering exceptional guest experiences that keep people coming back
- Building and leading a high-performing FOH team with a winning culture
- Creating a fun, cheeky, and welcoming vibe that embodies Georgie’s spirit
- Driving revenue and profitability through innovation and smart cost control
- Managing inventory, budgets, and compliance to keep everything running smoothly
- Staying ahead of industry trends to keep Georgie fresh and exciting

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
