A well known Sydney Cocktail venue is looking for a new Venue Manager to run the day to day operations.

You'll need a good combination of service and admin skills as you'll be running the bar and be responsible for rostering and COGS.

An experienced cocktail bar person you'll have a genuine passion for the hospitality sector and want to be part of a growing group who are planning to open new venues across Australia.

Someone cool, with a bit of attitude but not with their head stuck up their own behind. You're going to have lead a crew and bring some fun to the job.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
