The Duke of Clarence is currently looking for a new Venue Manager
This is a great opportunity for an established Bar Manager or an Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in their career. We're offering a competitive salary and discounts across the group, as well as the opportunity to work in a growing group that now includes 3 hospitality venues, distillery and 2 barber shops.
Located down a laneway on Clarence St we're an old school London Pub serving cask ales, cocktails and a massive backbar of whiskies and gins. Our group is expanding and offering plenty of opportunities to grow and progress through the company which currently includes The Duke of Clarence, The Barber Shop and Hickson House Distilling Co.
As Venue Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the FOH team, including rostering, recruitment and ongoing training and development; menu creation, daily reporting, monitoring costings and meeting GP targets, monitoring RSA and Licensing standards, assisting with service during operating hours, and reporting to the company Directors and Group Operations Manager.
**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
