The Role

Are you a proactive “COMMUNICATOR” and an enthusiastic “EXTRAVERT”? We invite individuals who are detail-oriented, adaptable and highly organised to apply for the position of Recruitment Resourcer. As a key member of our Recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening and managing talent through our multi-channel search methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilise our multi-channel search methodology to seek out and identify top-tier talent
- Conduct skill and experience screening for potential candidates
- Manage the end-to-end candidate introduction and screening process
- Assist candidates with inquiries, providing a seamless and positive experience
- Establish and nurture active talent pools for various roles
- Collaborate with labour-hire, permanent and executive search consultants on various tasks

The Ideal Candidate should posses the following skills

- Equipped with tertiary qualifications in either HR, Psychology, Communications, or related disciplines (Preferred but not essential)
- Minimum 12 months previous recruitment experience – agency or internal
- Driven towards achieving results to progress your career
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable and highly organised
- Experienced in project coordination or support-oriented roles
- Proficient in working with computer systems and social media platforms
