Clough has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources & Recruitment Analyst to join the Human Resources Team in Sydney In this role, you will effectively HR Manager in all HR activities related to data analysis and recruitment. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR data and managing recruitment processes.

Your focus will include:
- Collect, analyse, and report on HR data to provide insights and support decision-making processes.- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, and TM1.- Prepare and present HR metrics and analytics reports to senior management.- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.-
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.

What you will bring to the team:
- Proven experience in HR data analysis and recruitment, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.- Proficiency in HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, TM1) and advanced Excel skills.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of HR legislation and best practices.
