**The Opportunity**

This part time (4 days per week) opportunity is based at our Preston head office where you will work collaboratively with the Group Head of HSEQ in the administration and management of HSEQ related documentation for the Corporate Australia & New Zealand teams and local sites in the company document repository.We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality service, as well as being proactive and agile in their approach.

**What you'll be doing with us**:
**HSEQ and Other business-related documents**
- Implement and maintain document control processes & procedures in accordance with document management standards for ISO9001, ISO14001. ISO 45001 and Food Safety. (HACCP and FSSC 2200).
- Develop document review, edit, draft and final approval flow via SharePoint site and engaging stakeholders.
- Ensure all documents are branded accurately with revision and control numbering system.
- Develop document retrieval and retention process.
- Create document format for polices, business manuals, procedures, Sops, work instruction and training templates and (Development of Training - master slides format).
- Roll out completed SharePoint site.
- Be a site administrator for SharePoint in managing dashboard reports and other business announcements such as HSEQ Alerts.
- Work collaboratively with HSEQ team members and site plant managers to communicate document changes.

**HSEQ Administrator**
- Be a site administrator for SharePoint in creating, collating, and managing HSEQ dashboard reports and other business announcements such as HSEQ Alerts.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Health and safety qualification - Diploma or above (and experienced in ISO45001)
- Highly competent in SharePoint site - as document management tool
- Environmental qualifications - desirable (ISO14001)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety acts and regulations and safety risk assessments
- Travel will be required to visit other sites in Australia

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30.4 per week

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
