**What is involved?**
- Taking ownership of deliverables and delivering within time frames
- Work collaboratively with product/channel owners and the engineering team
- Lead and coach the teams on agile techniques and practices
- Facilitate workshops in agile best practices
- Manage and guide requirements and deliver outcomes based on agile principles, values and behaviours
- Act as a gatekeeper and protect the engineering team from distractions
- Manage and guide requirements in order to prevent continually changing requirements
- Support and educate the product and channel owners on building and maintaining product backlogs
- Ownership of obstacles and blockers and use of continuous improvement techniques to remove bottlenecks in the delivery process
- This is a hybrid role with the office located in Sydney, CBD

**What are the Requirements?**
- 3-5 years experience as an Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Master
- Proven end to end projects experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong experience working on data platforms or software delivery projects
- Experience in cloud services
- Strong analytical, investigative and troubleshooting skills.
- Financial Services experience
- Agile/Scrum certifications
