**Day Rate: Up to $1000 p/day inc Super (+ GST)**

**We are looking for an experienced individual who has worked within Infrastructure teams to help deliver a number of complex, end-to-end initiatives across the Infrastructure and Operations space.**

**The Role**:
We are seeking an ambitious Scrum Master to support the program for provisioning of Infrastructure and Services within this organisations Group IT function. This role will see you working closely with product owners and project managers across multiple technology domains.

You will be responsible for your team of 8-10 Infrastructure Engineers, adopting a pragmatic approach to the Agile framework and ideally be a facilitator for this. You will also seek to build capacity for delivering further initiatives within the team, so they may eventually be able to carry out many of their functions more efficiently and successfully.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of engineers provisioning infrastructure as code
- Interact with various stakeholders (Project Managers) requiring the engineering service
- Enables continuous delivery of value via Sprints (2 weeks)
- Effectively time boxes meetings to keep team focused on outcomes
- Enables teams to adopt the agile ways of working
- Prepares reports with delivery metrics to enable the Product Owner to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
- Help uplift Agile capability across your team
- Provide suitable coaching as required

**Key Skills**:

- You will be an established scrum master with 4+ years’ experience
- Seasoned in internal and external stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven project experience with a majority delivery focused initiative
- Ability to prioritize, influence and track delivery of conflicting tasks and activities
- Relevant formal qualifications and certifications e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM
- Relevant experience with using JIRA/Confluence
