**Description**:
Reporting to the Head of Product, as Quality Assurance Lead you will enable the successful delivery of high quality software that meets our business requirements.

The major objective of the role is to develop AssetFuture’s Quality Assurance practice to ensure that software product quality standards are well defined, understood and adhered to.

The role is based in Sydney; flexible working is possible.

**What you will be doing**:
Understand Business requirements, develop appropriate test strategies and processes including test automation
Drive test planning and delivery for all functional products, working closely with the scrum team and stakeholders
Complete product upgrade and release testing, monitoring and controlling
Manage day to day tasks for execution of test scripts (manual and automated) and report test results to stakeholders
Investigate technical problems and needs to determine possible solutions
Document test results and defect logs
Provide status reporting for all stakeholders
Participate in the development of technical documentation
Train and mentor other members of the team

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role, you will have**:
5+ years’ experience in SaaS software development
2-3 years’ experience in designing and writing QA automation
Enterprise software and data intensive software experience - preferred
Advertising agency experience - advantage
Excellent knowledge and experience of manual testing techniques including planning, executing, monitoring and controlling
Experience in managing and driving Automation, using tools such as TestPro, Selenium or similar
Experience of Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall methodologies
Knowledge of Confluence/JIRA
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - intermediate level
A high degree of problem solving skills in a multi-product/service environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong team orientation and collaborative approach
Fully vaccinated in COVID-19
