**Description**:
Reporting to the HSEQ Strategy, Sustainability & Systems Manager, this position will be responsible for managing the quality standards for MTR and our Subcontractors on the SMCSW project. This includes handling non-conformances, managing punch lists and work lots, conducting audits, and serving as the main liaison for independent certifiers.

**Skills and Experiences**:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
Engineering qualification or equivalent
Experience in implementing, maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems
Excellent verbal and written communication
The ability to work to deadlines and targets and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Experience in building stakeholder relationships and ability to work effectively with others
