As part of the journey, we are looking to hire a Logistics Optimisation Manager. Based in our Support Office in Eastern Creek.

The position joins a proactive team that leads the distribution, movement, and storage of all goods in a cost-effective manner, which ensures that our quality products are in the right place at the right time for our distributers and end customers.

Being an expert in Logistics and Supply Optimisation programs of work, the person who is successful in this role, will develop and embed Supply Chain Optimisation projects for successful sustainable ways of operating at Rhino Rack, working closely with our internal procurement, planning and operations teams, external Transport providers including Freight Forwarders and Other Vendors.

This role also supports in the BAU functionality of our inbound and outbound teams.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be Successful in the role you should have experience in**:
Experience in leading Warehouses
Domestic freight experience
Experience in aligning Logistics to overall Business KPI’s
Demonstrated knowledge in import and Export
Ability to complete analysis of costs and productivity measures and provide recommendations with efficiencies of ways of working.
Project management Experience
Contracts Management and Tender Management Experience
2+ Years’ experience in a similar role
High level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Be positive, have a resilient attitude, and the willingness to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
