**The Opportunity**

Silk is currently looking for a Account Manager to support our valued customers within New South Wales.

Fixed term contract (12 months) with potential to be extended

Location: Eastern Creek
- You will be responsible for: _
- Proactively managing key accounts by identifying opportunities and solutions
- Ensuring that key accounts are serviced within agreed standards (KPIs)
- Liaising with the wider operational team including customer service to resolve service issues
- Identifying supply chain optimisation opportunities with customers
- Maintain the data integrity and accuracy within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Supporting the wider Customer & Solutions team with new customer onboardings

**To be successful in this role you'll have**:

- Previous experience in a similar Account Management position working within a warehousing / transport environment
- Strong computer skills with previous experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Microsoft Office package
- Ability to effectively build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to solve problems and communicate ideas in a structured and engaging way
- Ability to influence and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to understand financials and drive improvements
